Scrip Program Rules and Guidelines

(12 September 2021 Revision)

  1. All orders must be placed and paid online through the ShopWithScrip website and paid for using PrestoPay , ShopWithScrip’s secure online payment system.

  2. Scrip cards/certificates are purchased on your behalf, and are not returnable.

  3. Scrip payments are not tax deductible.

  4. Orders for physical gift cards will be placed on the 16th of the month from August through May.  Please place your order by the end of the day on the 15th to ensure its inclusion with the monthly order.

  5. Physical gift cards may be picked up from the scrip coordinator as announced.

  6. If you or another authorized person cannot pick up your cards, they will be held for you until the next pickup date.  Cards that are not picked up by the end of the WFAEA fiscal year on June 30th will be donated to WFAEA.  Orders for physical cards placed after the May order will be available at the September meeting.

  7. When you pick up your scrip cards/certificates, open your order and verify its accuracy.  Your signature on the ORDER PICK-UP RECEIPT FORM indicates you or your authorized person(s) have received your order in its entirety.

  8. Scrip cards/certificates are the same as cash and should be handled accordingly.  WFAEA will not be responsible for cards that are lost, stolen or misplaced while in your possession.

  9. WFAEA issues scrip through an agreement with a private vendor.  We are not responsible for loss that occurs through vendor error or default.
